Had a delicious dinner with my family at Teds Noma , I enjoyed my Cajun filet , it was cooked perfectly med rare with creamy mash potatoes and well seasoned broccolini paired perfectly with a glass of Resling . So many desserts to choose from but we got the cheesecake which was a perfect finish to a wonderful meal . Decor and ambiance is Instagram approved .

My experience was amazing !!! The food was delectable, the staff were lovely, the cocktails were spot on, and the overall ambiance was unforgettable. I love the open face kitchen. I will definetly be back for happy hour and to try a few of the breakfast items. The blueberry pancakes have been on my mind!

Caesar wrap fell apart and was soggy bc of watery dressing. A wrap is supposed to be relatively portable so if it's falling at its seems............... beware

I've been to this Ted's before and the food is consistently good. Tonight we had a server who kept coming over to ask how we were, but totally mis-timed. She asked about our salads before we could even lift a fork to start eating them. She asked us if we wanted dessert when we were 40% of the way through our entrees. We were being over-visited, and I am not sure why. The customer sitting at the table next to us was looking at her Insta on her phone, with no headphones. It was loud. the pastry case seems to have a fruit fly infestation... and the $2 coffee sounds like a good deal but they charged me $0.75 for a splash of almond milk, which separated immediately. i had to buy an overpriced croissant (from a different bakery) to neutralize the effects of the coffee on my stomach.

Horrendous service in the cafe. Sometimes multiple staff members behind the counter and no one even bothers to look up and acknowledge customers. Customers that have been waiting 10+ minutes. I have come and left multiple times having not been able to even purchase a muffin, no less a coffee. This is not your morning go-to for coffee before work.

After they asked me to call about this bad experience, the lady that answered the phone said that they were too busy to discuss the experience! They would "get back to me later". A lot of noise in the background during Monday mid day so clearly I am correct about it being loud and hectic there. Not my jam. Since they don't have the time for my family and I, I don't have the time for them. I wouldn't have called if I didn't still have interest in going to a Ted's. Some of the most atrocious customer service I've ever experienced. This establishment is not ADA compliant. They simply would not seat me, despite my reservation, due to my psychiatric service animal. They kept giving tables to other groups while telling me they would seat me there if I didn't have a dog. Each time, my insistence that he has trained to lay under any table fell on deaf ears. My family and I will never be returning here. I think we will do just fine without their $30 waffles.

Hello, I frequent Ted's at NOMA on the regular, and the food has always been great. Not this time, we ordered 2 french toasts on 6/29 around 11:00 am. The french toast was extremely dry, the hash brown recipe must have changed. It was as if they were not potatoes at all and the portion size shrunk. I am not going to give up on Ted's, I guess we are all entitled to a bad day. This was a takeout order.
