The food was not what was advertised in the pictures online nor was it good. The service was good though. The coffee was terrible. The aesthetic of the restaurant is very nice though I will give it that. The espresso was disgusting. The espresso tasted like the machine was dirty. Very good place to have a business meeting because of the professionalism and aesthetic, but just don't order the food and you're good. The food was so bad and I was so unsatisfied that I took two bites and immediately paid my bill and left. I didn'... read more

The reason for the 2 stars is that the food was actually pretty good. I enjoyed all of my food and the portion sizes were good for the money. The service however was maybe the worst I've experienced. While the front desk people were nice and helpful, but our waitress was rude, never helped us, never brought over water, and never said thank you. It felt like it was a chore for us to ask for anything and when we did ask it felt like it was burdening her. She continuously made our experience terrible since we sat down until w... read more

Ordered a crab sandwich from this place on DoorDash and the sandwich was salty to the point of being indebile (think someone just dumped a bunch of extra salt on an already-seasonsed crabcake). No refund from DoorDash, and after spending a bunch of time on hold with Ted's just gave up. If you are doordashing and want a crabcake, don't get it from this place.

I was in town for a conference and a large group of us went for happy hour at Ted's two days this week Wed and Thu, so we got a good feel for the place. The bar service and food Wed was great. Two bartenders- Friendly, speedy and responsive. Thursday is typically a bigger happy hour night but they were poorly staffed with only two (different) bartenders. These bartenders were not so good. We were ignored at the bar for a while and I finally asked the guy to make a ranch water- a basic three-ingredient summer staple. He said... read more

Food was pretty good and priced reasonably. The Ted's burger was very juicy and sizable which I'd recommend. The Rockfish was good as well with nice side dishes. We also ordered a Caesar salad with chicken which was OK. The chicken was a little overcooked and hard to chew. The ambiance was good, just a bit loud for conversations. The waiter who served us was a little rushed to give us the bill immediately after we determined not to have dissert. There were still plenty of empty tables around us so I was a bit surprised why h... read more

I'd like to bring to your attention my recent experience at your establishment. Today, I placed a to-go order and spent a significant amount of money, including a tip. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese, as well as the garlic sautéed spinach. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the food. The mac and cheese seemed overcooked, with burnt cheese and very few pieces of lobster. The garlic sautéed spinach lacked seasoning and did not have any detectable garlic flavor, which was quite disappointing. I've been ... read more

Today was a pretty awful experience at the new Ted's Bulletin in NOMA. I know for a FACT that the white people at the bar were not asked for their ID. My friend, who has a lot of gray hair on his face was asked for his ID. Then, he made a joke and said "Do you see all this gray hair." The bartender said "it doesn't matter." He had no smile or kindness to his approach to my friend at all. Then, the manager (Meeka), stood behind the bartender(William) instead of introducing herself...when he came back to talk to us. She li... read more

Walked in and it looked so beautiful! I was so excited to try this place out, been waiting a while for this location to open. The food was not good, and the service was also not the best. Seemed like the staff was lost, bringing food to tables that the food did not belong to. Manager opening doors next to tables with his butt right next to my head. Save your money and try a different place.
