Telegraph Canyon is the best place I've ever taken our partially socialized feral cats for preventative care and medical treatment. Staff appears unusually willing and able to handle fearful/aggressive kitties, although measures adding extra expense are sometimes necessary for safety of both people and pets. While not absolutely certain that this is the place for clients who need a lot of hand-holding, I'm confident that those whom Yelpers complain about either straighten themselves out, or move on.
We had a really good experience with Telegraph Canyon Animal Hospital when we took our puppy for a Spay. Scheduling the appointment, dropping off and picking up process was smooth. Love that they participate in the County's Spay and Neuter Program. I would have liked to receive a call or text after the procedure, just to let me know everything went fine. Puppy is doing well, the incision is small and clean. Highly recommend taking a pet here for spaying/neutering.
Love this place the employees are so nice and helpful and the remember my dogs names they even sent them a birthday card so cute
Adopted a kitten and the pound sent her her for her spay. Staff seemed nice and there weren't many people in the waiting area. They explained the care instructions thoroughly and scheduled my return appointment that day.
Love this place & they care bout you're pets. This is my wife's place where she brings her dogs I use to take my dog to another place but now I bring him here. First the customer service is very good & usually is. My wife has brought her dogs for shots & when they see a flee or 2 she has been offered 1 free Tablet of Advantage now that's cool. The very best care I've ever had for my dogs!! Our dog Lady had a huge fear of veterinarians since she was hurt when she was a puppy by another veterinarian. No longer, she now has a love affair with the staff & Dr. Henderson at Telegraph. A couple of years ago we got another dog, Chester, from someone unable to care for him. It was wonderful to have a thorough & honest assessment of our new pooch! I wholeheartedly recommend Telegraph Canyon Medical Center!!
I am a new pet owner and this vet was recommended to me by my sister,best recommendation ever. I love the care my puppy gets they answer all my questions and my concerns. I am able to call anytime and always get a great response. They are very helpful and informative. As a new pet owner I am very satisfied with the care my puppy gets I highly recommended Telegraph Canyon Vet.
My dog is as precious to me as a newborn child, so finding out he needed to go under anesthesia to have some teeth removed made me and my husband panic. Dr. Henderson let me keep him with me until the very last minute to be tranquilized and she made sure I was notified the second he was recovered enough to go home. He did really well thankfully. The team there was very patient with me and completely accommodating. They didn't make me feel like a crazy mother, even though I obviously am.
I had a very pleasant experience at the vaccine clinic. If you have questions about the shots you need to ask before they are given. $11 per shot, which is a very good price compared to other places charging double per shot. I googled many places around Chula Vista to IB and to Spring Valley. Only this place and Pet Network have more affordable prices for individuals on a low budget.
