I really liked this place. They did an amazing job with both of my dogs, and in all honesty they can be little monsters. The vet's here really care about the animals and are not pushy when it comes to giving the guilt trip to spend horrendous amounts of money. When I come in they see me on time which is a pretty big deal after wasting to much time at bandfield. The pricing is pretty fair as well. Unfortunately, we had to go here because our 17 year old border collie was ready to go. He had such bad arthtritis in his hind legs, he couldn't stand. We had helped him in for a while, but the time came when he couldn't stay up. So I called there, several times, to set up the appointment. They were very kind and sympathtic, even when I cancelled, then rescheduled. My baby has been going to Telegraph Canyon Medical Center for almost a decade. His favorite vet is Dr. McClemons, even if you can't tell by his heavy (anxiety) panting and constant whining. If you come here for the shot clinic, the place is a madhouse. Everyone lines up, at least half an hour before opening, to bum rush the technician who comes out with a signup sheet. I highly recommend this place! The staff is nice, the vet's I mean all of them are highly knowledgable. They show you what they do to your animals. I have had experience with all 4 vets here and I have no complaints. I take my 4 large breed dogs there and I take my litters of puppies we have to get vet checked there. This was suggested by a friend as a good place to get my pups shots at a reasonable price. She did mention that it was a first come first serve situation concerning the shot clinic and I was prepared to be there for a good minute. In the end, I believe I was waiting for almost 2 hours before my pup was brought into the office however I do feel that it was a fair trade when the cost of the shots is considered. I will be bringing the little guy in next year when his shots are due.

Have had nothing but great experiences here. They are wonderful with the animals. I have taken my 2 cats here several times and am never disappointed.

Wow I am so shocked to see such low ratings for this place. I have had nothing but A+++ experiences here in over 2 years. I rescued 2 dogs and both have been treated here for everything from worms to skin irritation to teeth to blood fluids to simple shots. I have always been treated very well and my dogs have also. I guess some of the staff can seem curt or rude, but I don't take it the wrong way. For starters, the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the female, late 30's, receptionist at check-in. I'm sure they know who I refer to because she is mentioned in at least 3 other reviews. When I first came in with a week old kitten she actually told me "not to bother trying to find a home for him, because he probably won't make it." Really??? Excellent Vet Clinic!! Honest, Knowledgeable, Professional and Compassionate!!! I have been taking my cats here for years! They are like our children! I recommend them to anyone who loves their pets!
