I had a very pleasant experience at the vaccine clinic. If you have questions about the shots you need to ask before they are given. $11 per shot, which is a very good price compared to other places charging double per shot. I googled many places around Chula Vista to IB and to Spring Valley. Only this place and Pet Network have more affordable prices for individuals on a low budget. We have been taking our kitties to TCAMC since 2000. They have been very knowledgeable and patient with "scaredy cats." When our tabby, Franco was very sick and did not respond to anything within their capability, Dr. Henderson referred us to animal specialists in Mission Valley, who determined that he had an unusual cancer in his digestive system that was malignant with a questionable probability of successful treatment and a high price tag. Nice clean vet, and most of the people actually care about the animals. Parking can be tough, and the prices are a bit high (make sure to hit their weekend vaccination deals!), but they're the best option in the south bay area.

We had a friend recommend this place to us since we just moved here less than a week ago and needed our three fur babies to get check ups. The lobby is super clean and the receptionist was very nice. We saw Dr. Jordan and she was incredibly thorough and kind to our two shih-tzus and one pitbull! The staff was very accommodating and made copies of our shot records for us for our new groomer. The only thing bad I would say about the place is that the parking is a little sketchy. It's in a strip mall and parking is limited.

This is a fantastic veterinary! We took our German Shepherd to have her tumor looked at. The people at the front desk were very nice and personable. The nurses helped us as soon as possible. They showed compassion and care towards our dog as well as us. When we were seen by Dr. Georgia McClemons, she looked at Snowy quickly but thoroughly. She talked us through the possible procedures that will be done on Snowy apart from the removal of the tumor. For low cost spay and neuter vouchers, residents of IB are directed to TCAMC. I was extremely impressed with this facility. I assisted a neighbor by transporting him and his cat here. Very clean. Very Professional. Staff is helpful. When I needed to follow up for documentation, they were prompt. Thumbs Up!

I really hope someone at this animal medical center will read this and make some changes. Over the past 3 months I've had to come here a lot. ( My dogs have been patients here for several years, but we usually come twice a year). I have been taking my dogs to this vet clinic for close to 5 years now. There are about 4 or 5 vets there but I prefer to see Dr. Jordan whenever possible. I try not to schedule appointments with Dr Teran unless absolutely necessary not because i feel he is a bad vet I just don't find her very friendly. I know they see many animals but Dr. Jordan always remembers our dogs and that makes it feel more personal. She is great at not rushing the appointment and answering all of our questions. My 15 year old "pup" has been a patient here for many years. He started life seeing the Vets at Banfield. After a few years of just adequate care, Rusty began seeing Dr. McClemmons. What a wonderful, caring Vet! She was always able to cure Rusty of all the ills he encountered through life. Yesterday, my old friend had to be euthanized.
