I have taken my puppy here a few times. Service is very inconsistent. The first time I came in because my puppy had some tummy issues and also needed another round of vaccines. The vet that was there was a substitute while the normal vet was out. She was more concerned with telling me how cute the puppy was than helping me get him to feel better. Dr. Graf is a spectacular vet and we have been going there for years. It was a hard decision to make, but we have had to move on to another vet. Although the care at Tender Touch is quite good, the costs to go there over the years have escalated beyond control. There has also been a larger push for unnecessary testing and procedures. The last cost estimate I received was down right offensive and no where near in line with what other vets are charging for the same services. Me and My husband thought because they were right down the street from our house they would be a good place to go in case our kitties ever needed a vet. Last year our baby Juliette was really sick on and off. The only recommendation they had for us was to put her under and do surgery. Not once giving us other options less stressful on our kitty. Please do not use this Vet........ They gave my dog the wrong diagnosis. Then they prescribed her a medicine which was not available. When I showed up to pick up the medicine I had to wait around for 30 minutes and then they gave me the substitute medicine (The tech showed up with the bottle and said "here take this". VERY FRUSTRATED with this place right now. We took our new puppy in to see the vet for shots in mid October and were treated great. The initial appointment lasted a little TOO long in my opinion but we felt we were getting great care. Monday (12-03-2012) we took our HEALTHY puppy in to get spayed and we felt that although this was an expensive ticket item we had insurance and we were glad to have done the right thing for our puppy. Very disappointing experience. Office does poor job of follow up and returning messages and watch out with the billing. Would not recommend.

Do not take your pet here. I took my beloved dog here for years and they were always interested in selling me dental procedures or medicine for him. When he collapsed last summer, I took him in the next day and they told me he was fine. As it turns out (from another vet who bothered to listen to his heartbeat), he had cancer that was affecting his heart and he died within two months of passing an annual health exam from Tender Touch where their vet told me he was fine!!!!!
