Tender Touch and Dr. Graf are the absolute best. My boyfriend and I got a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy this past spring (who naturally is the love of our lives), and we want nothing but the best for him. I seriously can't say enough good things about tender touch and especially Dr. Graf. I've also seen Dr. Davis and Dr. Steele a few times and they were amazing also. I've been taking my dog there for 4 years and have had nothing but good experiences. I totally disagree with the several reviews that say that they push medicine or treatment...I actually think that they're quite conservative and definitely not overpriced. Could not be happier with this place! I never go to the Dr. and I never take my pet to the vet, broken bones and stitches are about it. My 7 year old Boxer was acting weird for a little more than a week and I noticed some blood in his stool. Was referred to Tender Touch and saw Dr. Graff the same day I called. Graff was amazing and so was the staff. I'm too lazy to write reviews but they truly deserve it. Great job and Tyson and I can't thank you enough!!!!

I love Tender Touch. Everyone has always been so sweet and genuinely kind toward both my dog and I. They ladies at the front desk, the techs, all of them. The facilities are clean and even a bit... charming, which is hard to achieve in an animal hospital. My dog had a surgical emergency with his jaw a few months ago and even though they didn't have someone in house who could help, they called a specific vet at another nearby hospital and got me all setup to go there without me having to worry even more in the situation. ... read more

I've been meaning to post this review for awhile. Now, having just moved out of state, I miss Tender Touch and I'm inspired to post. We had a cat with a chronic health problem. Becky Graff was our primary vet and she was amazing in diagnosing Diego and determine the best path forward in caring for him in our smart healthful way. Dr. Graff always understood that our pets were part of the family, but expenses were a factor too and we discussed them openly. I've been taking my animals here for years. I always receive great, honest service. I trust all of the vet's opinions and never feel like they are pushing me to spend unnecessary money. Another plus is that my animals always feel comfortable here....which has not been the case with other vets in the past.

I dont understand any negative reviews for Tender Touch. I took my 2 year old German Sheppard in as she was having belly issues. I feel the tests they ran were needed and they never did anything without my consent and without reviewing the costs before hand. I have always been treated professionally and, refreshingly so, like one of the family. They Care! Amazing treatment for my animal and respect for me as her owner. I took my 4y/o rescue dog to tender touch for over a year. The little grassy entry area is nice because he can smell around and mark his territory before we go in. They have water bowls and treats set out. Everyone is always very courteous to me and they are great with my dog. The vets and techs are always very gentle and patient with him even though he is very nervous and afraid. The vets never try to push expensive tests or meds on me.
