I previously posted a review for them but this time my kitty had to have surgery and I thought I would share that experience. He has never had to have surgery and I was a nervous Mommy but knew he was in good hands. They took such great care of him and answered alllll my questions. He came through just fine and they were great at communicating my bill before, during (It was more than they expected) and after. They even offered me info for CareCredit so that I wouldn't have to worry about paying the whole bill all at once... read more

I've never experienced a better vet. My small dog had a thistle in her paw which had become infected and inflamed. I tried to take care of it for 2 weeks before I took her in (thinking it was just a boo boo). They immediately identified the problem, and were clear in their explanation of what needed to be done. They gave me several options and all the cost estimates, along with their professional opinion - which was not the highest cost item. So far, we've been very impressed with everyone at Tender Touch Animal Hospital. Nice facility, nice people. We just moved here from Seattle, where we had a great vet, so we were a bit apprehensive with going to a new place, our pets mean the world to us. We've had to bring each of our dogs in for recent 2 leg cuts, and a tooth removal/cleaning for one, and to get meds for our older dog refilled. Tender Touch did fine work with both leg cuts and the tooth removal, and had us chuckling a little with the nice pink bandages... read more

I recently took my 3 year old dog to Touch Vet Clinic and was so excited to finally find a clinic that cared about my dog and not about telling me about all the things I should do to spend more money. I used to be a Firehouse fan until they became corporate and all about everthing that we don't need! Try Tender Touch.. they were great!

Love love love this place!!! I have been taking my dog here for six years and they are the nicest staff! You can tell that they really do have a love for animals. My dog has had his ups and downs in his health which can be very upsetting at times. The staff there always make me feel better when I leave there and are very comforting during the difficult times. I want to say thanks for always taking care of my best friend!

Hands down the best veterinarian I have ever been to. Our cat has been a regular there for the past 6 weeks. we got her from the shelter and her previous owners had de-clawed her. It was a horrible operation (performed who knows where) so her claws were growing back through her paws. Unfortunately, we had to have the process repeated, and Tender Touch understood this, and helped us so we could save the cat's paws. I made Tender Touch my new vet about 6 months ago based on the recommendation of yelpers. Thanks, guys! Luckily, none of my gatos has been sick until recently, but when they got sick, they got *really* sick. Sneezing, sniffling colds that lingered for months, and a more major problem with my oldest cat. When you fill out your first-timer paperwork, they clarify whether you're the type that wants to know the ins-and-outs of what's happening with your animal or if you just want a no-nonsense answer. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tender Touch. I recently rescued a 1 1/2 year old chihuahua/dachsund mix who is very fearful and anxious. From the moment I walked in the staff was incredibly understanding and made her feel very comfortable (well, as comfortable as she could get). They gave me advice for behavior and a card for someone who has small dog behavior classes. It was so very helpful.
