A nice restaurant that I always wonder why it doesn't have a larger clientele. I always have a nice meal here. On the last occasion, there was a table of very loud women that kind of took away from the enjoyment a bit. It was also the first time I was out on the back porch, and that was a nice atmosphere.

Always a delight to dine here. Great food, service and a unique dining venue, especially on the patio.

Third time to establishment. Food great, service (communication) was nonexistent. Arrived at noon, food arrived 12.42! no explanation, Rushed to eat and finish business. Funny, no manager stopped by to ask how our meal was. Disappointed. Expected more.

We went to Terra Terroir for a belated Mother's Day dinner this past Monday. We live in the neighborhood and were excited to try it out. We were really happy with the menu choices and 1/2 price bottles of wine ($49 and under) on Mondays is a great deal! The service was poor. The server was nice but MIA for most of the meal. The food was scrumptious! The 4 of us split 5-6 small plates of risotto, lamp lollies, shrimp n grits, fried green tomatoes, and a couple other things. The lamb was overdone but still tasty. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you skipped over this restaurant based on its strip mall location in Brookhaven. Once you walk in, you will be instantly surprised by the interior decor and charm of the establishment. The open kitchen in the center wets your appetite for a menu that bridges the gap between the pretentious and home cooking. Be sure to make your way to the covered back patio that includes an enchanting waterfall for a dining event you will not regret.

The outdoor patio is delightful. Very good salads at lunch. I especially like the muscles. Not enough spinach dip for all the toast points. Always good service.

This is not a spot that you stumble upon, as it's located in a strip shopping center (across from the Brookhaven Marta station) that's seen better days. But Terra Terroir seems always to be nicely crowded, especially on its lovely patio. The restaurant has put $$ into enhancing that space, which has paid off, as it's really a destination spot, at least for my husband and me. My wife and I are new to the area and found this on open table. Like other comments have noted, the facade can be misleading but the inside is great. We were not able to sit outside but took a peek and it looked like a nice setting and not what you expect when you pull into the parking lot. The waiter was quite knowledgable about the wines and was not pushy about certain ones like what happens often at most wine bars. Food was pretty good and we will definitely be going back.
