The advisor was very friendly and professional. The drawback was that I had an appointment for oil change and it took almost three hours to complete.

I am truly upset with Texas Nissan? Grapevine and would like to escalate to Nissan head office. I have purchased Nissan Sentra from the same dealership and the model is 2022. The battery has gone bad and Nissan has failed to accept the warranty on the battery and take ownership. Further want to sell new battery when current battery did not survive 3 years and wants to give warranty of 7 years. Make no sense for me. Please call me at 945-250-8014. Please correct me in case I am wrong

Dropped off my car Saturday morning. No call nor acknowledgment of voicemails left. Went to pick it up at 4:45pm (they close at 5:00pm) and was told that my key fob had been lost and the service writer had been unable to find it. Needless to say NO work had been performed/completed. Had to return home to get second key out of safe. Returned to pick up my truck. I was told that they were ordering a new key fob and it would be in by Tuesday morning. Easy Easy but did not like 3% credit card fee Easy but I did not like having to pay an extra 3% for using a credit card.

I have sent a review. The service we received was slow- my husband waited 1 1/2 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. When the service person was asked about when the car would be ready he couldn't give any information about the car. the car was returned to my husband with an oil change but no tire rotation. He was told to return on the following Tuesday for the tire rotation. We received very good service with our previous car but the service we have received was unacceptable and we will not return. I dropped off my vehicle to get a detail which they said would take up to 5 hours, and then when I got a text saying it was ready I drove an hour to get it and it wasn't even detailed at all. Everything looked the complete same as when I dropped it off.

Oil change ptocess was goodPl other than running behinf schedule w appointment. However, I also have a popping noise tgat was reported same time that has yet to be repaired 2 mths later. Very Poor communication. Vehicle still not repaired. Status of process slow moving...no rental available. Extremely poor communication.

Excellent customer service from Ray. He was not there when came to pick up vehicle I was highly disappointed and frustrated by the fact that I was being charged a service fee for using a credit card. I would think that a business as large as Texas Nissan could afford to absorb the swipe fee.
