I was a customer of this dealership firvthe last 7 years and was satisfied with their dealings,, services and rates. Now this is not the same as early before. It's not worth to visit here again any more. Quality of services have gone down. Hidden charges tree demanded and unfriendly staff. I would definitely not visit you again and would go to professional dealers.

Long story short, I will not be revisiting this location. Was offered a car wash after my oil change, even got the email invoice for it and never received it.

Extremely slow all the way around, oil change took 2 hours with techs visibly sitting around

Very polite service representatives. However, I feel like if I have an appointment made, I should be serviced at the time I arrive instead of an hour or 2 later! Long wait.

Not a welcoming atmosphere like it was before. No car wash after service. I'll be looking for another Nissan service center.

There are indescribable hidden charges. Which are not seen at any other dealer. Customer is forced to pay those charges to receive the car keys.

I took my car in to get my first oil change. I asked the guy about my engine air filter and I was told that they would change it. It was told to me that they forgot to reset it. I found out that they never changed it.

Lies and poor communication for a simple oil change 3 visits for oil leaks after a 'free' oils change. I have 2 free oil changes left and will NOT be returning. Talked to the general manager after and discovered solid facts

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a certified used car from Grapevine Nissan and paid in full, only to hear the front tires squeaking the moment I drove off the lot. That issue alone cost $500 to fix. Just two weeks later, I had to pay another $2,400 to repair an oil leak and replace a faulty cooling fan. The service team at the second dealership told me there was no way Grapevine Nissan wasn't aware of these issues when they sold me the car.
