Samantha was awesome in her job. However the pricing is extremely ridiculous. Found another place for half the pricing.

I paid $130 for an oil change and tire rotation and I'm 99.9% sure they didn't even rotate my tires. Also the service advisor recommended a 'cvt transmission service' for $329 on a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder with 35k miles and the worst part is my vehicle doesn't even have a cvt transmission. I will not be returning to this dealership for service, I felt ripped off and the advisor wasn't knowledgeable of my vehicle . . .

I hate to say it, but this place has really lost its touch. The sales team is great, and I love shopping here, but the service area is another story. It used to be great. I'm not sure what happened over the past couple of years. They failed to rotate my tires, and I had to drive back to get it done, and they left my vehicle sitting for almost an hour before they told me it was ready.

Scheduled online noting I would wait for my car. When I dropped it off, they told me it could take 24 hours to diagnose and I had to leave it there. (Digital servicing problem). The solution to a split emission line was a new fuel tank costing me $2600 on a car with only 18k miles. This is not a high pressure, flammable problem. Poor customer service. Disrespectful manager. Finance dept asking me to “throw him a bone” to get extended paint warranty, stating it’s only “$4.” Pressure tactics. Overall, I will NEVER do business with this dealership again. Shame on them.
