Smell, Rattle, and Roll! My car LOOKS beautiful. Well, it is lipstick on a pig! I bought this car brand new from Texas Nissan (Grapevine) and have had the worst new car buying experience. Since the very first month, it has had problems which the dealership repair shop refuses to fix. Every time I bring it in, they say they either can't hear, see, smell, or replicate the issue. I purchased a VW Jetta from this dealership. This has been the worst experience in regard to purchasing a vehicle. I feel I was sold a lemon and have had to spend money and time fixing things. In fact, the dealership had to provide me a rental car for over a week due to issues with the car (2 days after purchasing). The "free" oil changes have cost me money overall. The salesman was very nice. But the service is terrible. They have not kept their words on anything they offered. I can not believe the lies that they told. Do not trust anything they say. So disappointed.

My brand new car experience has been robbed by this service center. They are very nice but they don't ever fix a thing because they "can't replicate it." Five issues now. None of them fixed. Even though I have a video of one. At this last visit they gave me an oil change but didn't rotate the tires saying it wasn't needed, even though the car now has 25k and has never had rotated tires. And now my service warranty is up. I used to be a loyal Nissan owner, but I will trade this car asap and never buy a Nissan again.

It seems that people’s word are no longer of any value and a job well done is a thing of the past. Longtime customer from 2013 car purchase and you don’t honor the tire rotation for tire purchase tells me you don’t need me. I want the sales tax to go to Bedford. I don’t need you anymore.Grubbs Nissan can service my car.

It was good but I don't like the pressure tactics to get extra work done when not asked for

This dealership is a classic bait and switch on the sticker prices and is completely unethical. I WISH I HAD READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST; THEY ARE ALL ACCURATE. And I'm sure there will be a response to contact us, we will take care of your concerns, which is a lie, so ignore the response if they make one to my report: What you see on the sticker is NOT what they are selling their cars for.
