I spent a great deal of time shoping for a used car after mine was lost to a bad crash in the snow. some dealers did not work with me. when i called texas nissan of grapevine chris cummings stated he had the car i looked at on line and would be working late. when i made it to the dealership he not only had the car i viewd on line. he had my deal all ready to go. after more then a week in a rental car in and out of car lots i was really happy to run into a pro.
I highly recommend Texas Nissan of Grapevine to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle whether it is used or new. The entire sales team all the way to the financing team worked VERY WELL together. You can definitely see how they all care for the buyers and help each other out as a team should be. The salesmen/saleswoman work hard for the buyer. Pretty simple...guys walked around real fast to work hard for us. Friendly and they had a real good process. I would definitely recomend Texas Nissan of Grapevine. Texas Nissan of Grapevine did a great job! They also will give me $100 for anyone that I personally send up there. Thought that was pretty neat.
I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Altima from Texas Nissan of Grapevine and I have to say I was very impressed. I went to many other dealerships before going there and I was getting very frustrated w/ sales people in general. Most sales people I met either didn't know the product or were very pushy. I expressed to Kyle that I was going to be reaching out to Nissan consumer affairs because my radiator fan went out on my 2019 rogue. After doing research, I realize it's a very common issue and Nissan had offered Goodwill in some cases. Also, I did notice that there was a class action lawsuit around this issue. There was a crack in the front bumper during purchase. Posted carfax online said no damage which was a lie. Thought crack was minor but front bumper broke into multiple pieces on the drive home ( did not hit anything whatsoever). Patrick was basically like it's your word vs ours. Ahmad seemed slightly more understanding that the issue shouldn't occur but tbd if the dealership makes things right. Also got pulled over during test drive because Luke never put plates on the car. Took much longer than I was told 2 hour service appointment took 3 hours Disappointed with first service appointment for a newly purchased vehicle
