Bait and switch internet pricing. Poor communication from salesman and sales manager. Unprofessional wait time and car not prepared appropriately

Waiting for an oil change to be completed shouldn't take over 2 hours especially if an appointment is scheduled

Although the employees are nice, the wait is ridiculous. You arrive at 10:45 for an 11 am appointment, and you’re told your car should be ready by 12. Then before you know it, you’re told the team is behind and it will take an hour more. The car wasn’t ready til after 2 pm. The entire lobby was full of customers saying they would not be returning due to the same wait.

Waited over an hour for finance person when everything should have been done before we got there. Very surprised we weren’t offered any water or coffee by our sales person while we waited.

Terrible customer service. I gave 1 star because there wasn’t a zero star choice. My car leaked back in 2022 and I had to have Nissan fix the drains around my sunroof and pay thousands of dollars. Car started leaking again a few weeks ago and AGAIN I had to pay thousands of dollars to have the drains repaired. Carpet was soaking wet and mildewed. I took it to have it detailed for $400 . Pathfinder 4 visites same issue, last time stay there for more them a Week can’t find the problem. He said need dismantle the engine or put a new one. Your product not relaible…

Battery warranty wasn't honored. I bought from there and was installed there but because it was nissan genuine battery in sister company infiniti-policy was not to honor it

Easily been going to this dealership for 20 years and bought multiple cars and it was based on the support i got. New support management has ended my devotion over a $250 battery. Bought a Nissan battery from them and installed by them. It died and was still under warranty. HOWEVER, policy says that Nissan battery warranty is only applicable if in a Nissan. V was great. However, I was extremely disappointed that the service department did not have the parts to fix my vehicle (nor did they have an ETA for me on when they would have them).

Price gouging and unethical attempt to add in a hidden fee. Myself and 3 others when picking up their cars had to fight hidden unethical last minute fees.
