It went well for me, the only bad thing was that they charged me a fee for using my credit card, I didn't like that.

Fairly typical long wait for work done. No cups for the coffee maker or water dispenser.

I’ve noticed improvement from when I first started visiting the service department. The service associates are now more attentive and helpful than they were before. Nice improvement from the earlier experience

It was great, the tech that worked on my car also went above and beyond and cleaned my engine bay the techs there were friendly and knowledgeable but also so were the service advisors, I plan to keep coming here for my oil changes and make sure to get them done right by coming here.

Samantha was amazing. She was so attentive and tried hard to get the warranty department to cover all of the issues with my new car. The process is exhausting and unnecessary. Although not all items were able to get corrected, I know that she did the best she could, given Nissan’s policies. Samantha is professional, friendly, and very responsive. She is the best service center employee I have worked with.
