I am in the market for a smaller SUV. I purchased my current car from this dealership almost 4 years ago and I had a great experience. Today, I went back to test drive a smaller SUV. My salesman Mo was fabulous. Personal, professional & he worked hard to get my business. Frank (I believe) and Jose, Sales Manager both worked hard to get my business. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable on the vehicle features. Good selection of inventory and make the buying experience nice. I usually am hesitant when purchasing a new car, but this was fast and easy.

I wanted to recognize Ryan Glowinski, Grapevine Nissan Service Advisor for his assistant and help on a huge issue we had with my girlfriend car. Even though our issue with vehicle had nothing to do with Grapevine Nissan, Ryan went over and above to help us and determine the best solution to resolve the matter. I just want to say from the time I walked in everyone was very welcoming. First off I started messaging My salesperson Andrea about a month ago finally set my appointment and we went from there.
