I'm shocked when I read the reviews. I had one of the if not the best experience in purchasing my Nissan Rogue. One negative thing was the man in finance not wearing a mask. When I said something he said he already had his both of the shots and his allergies were killing him. Seeing that I just went to cancer surgery and procedures I thought he was inconsiderate of others but let it go as some people overreact in violent ways. I saw a used car pop up on a site I was tracking and I reached out to the dealership. Salesperson Jeff Wright answered the call and within minutes I had a firm price and some pictures and even a video of the car. Put a deposit on a cc to hold the vehicle and further inspection began. I was far out of state, and asked for a LOT of detailed pictures and videos. I asked for detailing work to be done to the car, and asked for a service report. Always Got Five Star Service at Texas Nissan Grapevine I bought my Nissan Altima from this dealership in 2011, Its been 9 Years now, I cannot think of going anywhere else apart from this dealership. Excellent/fast/friendly I gave 5 stars because from the time we drove up to the time we drove off in our new car it was so easy and stress free. Miguel and Carlos took care of everything and made the process so fast and hassle free. Car buying at Texas Nissan was he best I have ever experienced. I will be coming back when it’s time to trade in!
Great service - helpful and friendly staff Samuel Dixon was a great help in finding my daughter the perfect car for her to take to college. He worked well with her budget and made the whole experience pleasant and smooth - he will always be "The Sales Consultant"!!!
