So was great at getting my car in after I had it towed to them was great at scheduling my rental and alleviate the stress of no car to use during the repairs !! He went above and beyond his expectations .!! We even shared pictures of our pets. !! Nissan you Need more people like AK at your service department . He has a great smile and greets people like their family .. Definitely gets my praises ! Tony is also a good at providing great service .

Samantha was respectful and courteous. She worked to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time although I did not have an appointment.

I took my '23 Z Protospec in for scheduled service. I saw the '24 Heritage Z and fell in love with it. I left with the Heritage. Everyone there took very good care of me. I couldn't be happier! My memory fails me as to their names.

Samantha was awesome! She quoted me about a 2 hour wait (which is great for a Saturday by the way) and was done in less! Super easy process, explained everything well to me. Will be asking for her again!

Much better than previous experiences. They knew where my car and keys were. In the past locating my car and keys took over an hour! I felt like this experience was much more personal and Samantha was fantastic. I appreciate her text to remind me of the upcoming service and about the service card on credit cards giving me a chance to decide how I would pay.
