Do not buy from Texas Nissan in Grapevine. They send out gift certificates for $50 for a test drive and then DO NOT warrant the certificates. It's a scam to get you in. You call and send emails and they do not respond. Think how their service must be after you buy a vehicle????
Terrible customer service, refused to give me a loaner unless I add more coverage to my insurance. Added more coverages, got a loaned from them and after I got home the director of service called me to return the loaner and threatened me to report the car as stolen, though they were still working on my vehicle.
This dealership has great service before the sale, in their used car department, but once they have your money, customer service and customer care after the sale is forgotten and long gone. I recently took my 2012 Altima (70,000 MI) in for a possible radiator leak. They charged me $120 to do a diagnostics. I left the car with them and they called me a couple of hours later that they ran a pressure test, it was leaking and possibly cracked needing a new radiator. I immediately went back up to the dealership to see "the crack". I was foolish enough to buy a "new" car here. I purchased it brand new, as a first owner. I noticed the paint started to peel and fade, only to discover my vehicle was sold to me with after market parts. When I brought it to the dealerships attention, they didn't deny that my "new" car could've had hail damage that they "fixed" before I bought it. So I had a friend go there today to buy a car. He had financing in hand, but the dealer says, "Sorry, federal law requires a credit check. The Patriot Act, you know." My friend has bough many cars and know the law. They tried to pull this scam. Crazy. My son and I went here to look at a specific used car on their website that he had called about earlier that morning. They told him to come in around noon so we got there at 11:50 am on 9/23/17. Made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle for my daughter from this place. Huge mistake. I went back and forth with salesman about the price we agreed on through email. While he kept insisting I purchase a warranty for an additional 1800 dollars. I refused several times and he kept lowering the price of the warranty. Would give this place a zero if I could. I bought my car about a year ago, and paid an extra 1000$ for the vehicle+ warranty. I waited in the dealership for 5+ hours waiting on them to "detail and fix the existing issues". I will admit on the 6th hour I rushed the dealership because I was going to be late for work.
