Imagine my surprise when I come to complain about a scam that Texas Nissan perpetrated on my son, AND THEIR REVIEWS ARE ALREADY IN THE TOILET!!! These people have no integrity at all! Buyer beware!!! Drive past this place as fast as you can!!!They will rip you off!!!! Do not waste your time here! They added 30% to list price of car for fees!!!! We were looking to purchase a vehicle for our daughter and willing to write a check that day. This place is the epitome of a sleazy used car dealership. Tried the ol' "bait and switch" with me. Called them to make sure a truck was in stock that they had advertised. I gave the their stock number for the vehicle. I was assured they had it, "c'mon out and drive it!". Drove out there, arrived about 30 minutes after talking to them. Just returned my lease on a Pathfinder with intention to buy, but found out our finance person flat out lied to us when he was talking us though the process. He got us to trade in a vehicle and pay $2300 down and told us we would have a low monthly payment and also have "equity" in the lease vehicle that would lower the sale price at the end of the lease term. I would give it 0 stars if possible. I bought a used 2011 Nissan Armada on Monday March 4th and by Friday March 8th the alternator and starter went out. I called to ask for some help, not all. I didn't ask for free anything but maybe a discount for their services since I just bought the car and I was told since I bought the car new there was nothing they can do for me. I would have to pay out of pocket full price. So much for them believing in those core beliefs they have posted on the wall. AVOID AT ALL COST
Don't buy a car here! I bought a used car from this dealership, after I paid for the car in cash I expected to be handed my keys. The sales man told me it wasn't ready yet and he would have it delivered the next day. A week has gone by and I still do not have my car or money back. The management is terrible. Very disappointed with my experience with Texas Nissan Of Grapevine. My sales girl was wonderful, the rest of the experience, awful. I was told on a price for my monthly payment and signed for what I believed was that price, however I was given all the wrong information, showed the wrong papers that I was signing, then used my electronic signature on the papers with the higher price as I was being read the apparent "wrong" contract with the price I was thought I was signing. They will not stop calling you after a purchase of a car. If you call they put you on a no call list according to them. However you will keep getting calls. Oscar takes care of this and is very rude
