Buyer Beware! Texas Nissan of Grapevine admitted it was their fault for burning up our car after an oil change. What they didn't do was make it right afterwards. The owner of the dealership laughed in our face after asking him to please make this right. The owner said he's a business man and will not lose money on this and tried to sell us a car at full price with no discount. He had no remorse or care about the stress of having to purchase another car when we had ours almost paid off. We had to except the insurance money... read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be prepared to get shafted. The parts department does its best to screw you. By the way " they're real sorry" just like everyone else when they dick you over. If I could give less stars I would.

Avoid this place at all costs! My parents had a check engine light on their vehicle. They went to the dealership, as they only service their vehicles at Nissan. We should have known something was wrong when they kept telling us that my father did not have an extended warranty. My father always purchases the warranty. After 30 minutes they finally "found out" my father was correct and had an extended warranty. The employee walked around the vehicle and tried a few things. HORRIBLE! The epitome of a sleezy car dealership. They sold my 83 year old mother in law two vehicles totaling $80,000 (2018 Rogue and 2018 Titan) when she only has $1800 in total income and poor credit. The payments total $1507.79 not including insurance. And, yes, she does have rent to pay and other bills so she has no money left over. Don't get me wrong, she definitely shares responsibility for agreeing to this deal and we're working through that as well. Visited this dealership when I saw a certified vehicle. Was told after test driving that the vehicle was not certified and needed to pay an activation fee. Negotiated for a fixed value with the sales rep. The GM came back and informed me to come back in 2 years when the vehicle has depreciated and was told I will not find a vehicle in the market for our desired price.

Brought in my car for rear brake service in Nov, 2018. Picked up car at end of day and received a $150+ charge for front brake rotor resurfacing. They offered me a credit to do the rear brakes, but wanted over $400+ after the credit for the rear brake service. Bottom line, the rear brakes were not fixed and I'm out over $150.00.

I am very disappointed with the service. They just sell the car but the customer service, forget it. When I went back to pick the car, the detailed supposed to be done but it wasn't and I had to come back for it. Within 2 weeks the one tire had manufacturing issue and busted during highway drive. I paid for the new tire, worse mistake getting 4 tires from this Nissan. Lot of story not to give me the refund for the new tire. This ied the worst dealership in the world. I bought a car from them 3 years ago. Everything went ok. Recently got a call from Nick wanting to know if I wanted to trade my Juke I had bought from them. Explained to him I had bought a Rogue not a Juke. Agreed to go talk to him even though obviously he wasnt very professional. Then the day I am supposed to come out he leaves me a message saying are you still coming out to look at a truck to haul your atvs and boat. I scheduled a warranty repair appointment and dropped off my vehicle. After 4 days I call to check the status of my vehicle and they hadn't started working on it yet. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if its just going to sit there for 4 days?
