If you want to pay in cash for a vehicle DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from Texas Nissan. Not only was the manager terribly unprofessional and rude I had to wait 3 HOURS so they could push people who were doing financing in front of me. In addition, I was told that the vehicle had 5,000 miles left of warranty which it did not. Overall, I am satisfied with my car but I would never purchase from them again or bring my car in for service. Spend your money elsewhere. Honestly and knowledge of a product are a must. I was failed in both accounts with my purchase here. It is what it is now, but I won't come back. Always so frustrating to buy a car and have to be so on guard. Lesson #1 don't buy a car at night because you can't always see all of the damages to the car, especially pre-owned. Was looking for a car for my daughter. Made the mistake of stopping to see what they might have available. Everything started out nice enough, but soon I felt like I was being rushed, pushed in the direction of a car I didn't want and even felt like they were trying to intimidate me. Please stay away from this Nissan Dealership. I had the misfortune of buying a car there. The process took hours. They lowballed me on My trade in then hit me full list on the cat I bought. Then the finance guy added the additional extended warranty sold by the dealership after I told him I didn't want it. Overall bad experience. After a year of making payments at 0% interest I still owe more than the original list price of the car. But it gets worse........ SHADY, SHADY, SHADY! Negatives: 1 - They will straight faced lie to you! 2 - They will insult you and say you don't know what you are talking about! When you counter their insults they get more aggressive! 3 - The prices on there website are NOT real! 4 - The value of your trade offer option on their website is NOT real! 5 - They will negotiate a BS figures all over the place, with and without trades, to try to confuse you! 6 - They will add BS dealer prep fees. Had my vehicle serviced here for warranty work. I walked the service manager around the vehicle and showed him everything that needed repair. A week later they call and say that its all finished. Upon inspection they failed to complete half of the work. This went on for 3 more weeks. 4th time is a charm? HA well they broke my dash while repairing a AC vent and refused to warranty it. Avoid at all costs.
DO NOT GO HERE! We had the WORST experience this week trying to buy a car. BAIT & SWITCH! They told us one thing last night - to make us happy - we took the car to our personal mechanic to check things out - then when we came back today, they told us a totally different story. Wow, this dealer has offered the worst customer experience all 10 times that I have dealt with them (via person & by phone)- sales, service and anyone that I encountered there. I cannot believe I actually purchased a vehicle from here. Also, their service department fixed my clutch with a piece of cardboard & tape (instead of the proper screw)- which I learned after being stranded and finding the 'tape/cardboard' that fell off under steering cables. I wish i could give a negative star. Myself and my husband went there to make an inquiry about a car we saw online. We were talking to the manager about pricing and have not wven concluded if we wanted the car or not. They insisted we fill out a form which we did and i specifically told them not to run my credit at this time till we conclude about pricing.
