Made an appointment to get my engine serviced. Got there, took care of me even told me they would diagnose my car if I waited an hour. One hour turned to 1.5 and 1.5 turned to 3. Only for them to tell me it'll take longer. Not only did they refuse to give us a rental but I waited for 3 hours for nothing. Said my car would be ready Saturday. It wasn't. I was looking for a used vehicle,they had a nice Honda Civic. I talked with Chris to get bottom price, he had to get back to me, but asked if I would buy if he got the price. I told him I would test drive but was not going to take the long drive until I got bottom price. Wouldn't let my worst enemy buy or service a car here. Had a brand new Nissan that has been in the shop more times in a two-year period than I can count on one hand (I realize this is a problem with Nissan manufacturing and not the dealership, that's another bad review in and of itself.) The servicing department is HORRID. Terrible customer service that would not lift a finger to help you even when the car is under warranty.

Beware don't go here these guys are a bunch of dirt bags. I went there to make a purchase, I had my own banks approval but they insisted I purchase it through other banks for a better rate. Since I refused for them to run my credit through these other banks because I had my banks purchase approval. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! If it would be possible I would give this dealership negative stars. It has by far been the worst place I have ever had to deal with. I was promised 5 items when I agreed to purchase my vehicle since I made it clear that another dealership had another car that I was more interested in. My initial impression of the sales team was that they were efficient and interested in getting me into a vehicle that I liked and that fell in my price range. Unfortunately, that may have resulted in me getting a truck with more problems than its worth. In the few months I have had it, I have problems with the AC/Heating systems, the engine over heating, and even the passenger seats which is now stuck in a reclining position. If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst service ever.. the managers are rude and really do not care about the customer but rather the numbers... I wish I checked the reviews before I wasted my time there!!!! Take my advice... not a good place to trust for a new car.

Avoid this dealership!!! We saw a listing for a used 2008 Dodge Charger on Carfax, Craigslist and Cargurus from this dealership. It had been listed for several days. My husband called to confirm they still had the vehicle and explained that we were driving from over 60 miles away to see it and we were only interested in a charger. Will lie just to make a sale! The electric unlock/lock key part was broken and they said they would order a new one FREE OF CHARGE and have it mailed. Here we are 2 months later with nothing still. Also, said they would do first service of oil change FREE, well happened to work out we could stop on our way to Galveston and they tried to say no it wasn't free.
