Robert Moran is a great service advisor. He is knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem we had which is out of his control was the length of time it took for our car to be ready. He explained that they were short several car technicians. Since this was the case, appointments should not have been made beyond the availability of service technicians.

They were eager to sell me a car...not necessarily the car I inquired about...I had previously arranged financing through my credit union but they said I had to finance through them.

Service is usually very slow at this dealership. No matter how early you bring your car in. A simply oil change (and routine inspection?) will take a minimum of an hour and half (Even though I booked the very first appointment of the day at 7:15am). Be ware that the dealership will always recommend anywhere between $500~2000 worth of "recommended services" in big bold red letters. Don't fall for it. Requested the safety recall services to be done, but the service advisor didn't even bother to talk about it.
