Texas Toyota of Grapevine has excellent service! I recently took my truck in for front rotors and brake service. Very friendly and professional service department. Finished my repairs sooner than expected. A lot of room in the waiting area. Very pleased with this location.

Service Center was fantastic and service advisor very informative and very nice. Should have been there for at least 6 hours but service advisor got me out of there within 3 hours. That is what I call great service!!!!!

My experience at Toyota of Grapevine was very pleasant. Monica kept me fully informed of the progress. Even offered a complementary ride up to a restaurant. Even with 4 wheel alignment oil change took no time.

I love Toyota of Grapevine - they have been great to me. This particular time though, I waited a really long time for a tire change. I made an appointment and wish they would have told me when I got there that it may be several hours before they looked at my car or were able to change a tire if that's what was needed. I could have had someone pick me up instead of waiting for so long. Other than that it was good. Also - they should have a snack machine where you can buy stuff if you have to wait so long. I called 2 weeks in advance to get an appointment to get my oil changed. They sent me in the mail a $50 discount card to be used on any service. I assumed with an appointment it would take less than 30 minutes to get my oil changed. I was told they were backed up and it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours if waiting in the lobby. I called my husband to come pick me up and I did get a call 2 hours later that my car was ready to be picked up. They gave me a detailed report on what needed attention and I took my car to a local mechanic... read more
