Got my vehicle detailed leaving for a trip yesterday opened my trunk and it was still a mess. I guess detailed doesnt mean vacuum?

It took all day, I didn't receive printout of inspection, no car wash voucher, and my headlight bulb they claimed to replace was burnt out in 4 days and had to pay to replace again.
