Toyota took care of my issues. We initially had trouble getting an appt as soon as we wanted, an appt was set for 5-7 days out. Due to failure of car to start, we called back on the Saturday morning while waiting for the Wed or Th appt. We were given a Monday appt. The battery was bad ( replaced) and routine service taken care of. They were quite busy which indicates why our original appointment had been set several days out. I would like to know what up features of a service call are actually worthwhile and needed.

it was better the second time around ,you need to provide better customer service and follow up after the sale salesman was great just seemed that he had his hands tied and couldn't help me have a better experience

Guy told me I needed brakes however upon self inspection I have at least 70% of brake pads still left
