I loved that I was able to drop the car off on a Saturday since my car specialist rep worked that day. He kept me informed about the car and the necessary repairs that needed to be done. By the evening, the car was ready to be picked up. Everything moved seamlessly. Just remember it is a 3% charge to use your credit card. They don't take checks. So have either have cash or debit card.

service tech was professional, friendly.Service time was about bas expected. Did not like the4 upselling, and the pricer increase of now charging 3% fee for using a credit card. Will pay in cash in the future, which will slow down the process

I think the brake fluid flush is unnecessary, particularly at 43,500 miles. But I had it done to keep car up to Toyota "standards".

Services completed as expected. Nothing recommended that I didn't already know about or suspect as needing to be done. Do not like the fact that when paying by credit card they expect you to pay the service charge. Small, independent service providers maybe. But a large organization such as this, that is unacceptable. That is a cost of doing business. It's like Walmart or Amazon expecting you to pay the fee.
