Karina was great! She really listened to my needs and helped me out, going above and beyond what she had to do. She also informed me of the recall on my vehicle, which I knew nothing about. She made sure it was fixed the same day. I really do appreciate it. This is why I continue to go back to Toyota of Grapevine.

Service was nice. I had a need that extended wait time longer than I anticipated, but didn’t feel it was not done efficiently. Pretty pricey though
