I like the service team, always very professional, but I pay a premium to go to Toyota. I left my last appointment not happy, being charged a 3% Credit Card fee with no notice. I paid $177 for an oil change and an emissions inspection. The 4 stars were for the Service Team, and the "no" below, was for upper management.

On this visit, my advisor was attentive and thoroughly explained the service needed on my vehicle. He then showed me to the customer lounge area and stated the wait was approximately 1.5 hours. 45 minutes later I received a text message that my vehicle was ready. Great service.

Great but they should have donuts

They show on the checklist that they rotated my tires. My right side tires were both a couple pounds low, but they didn't put any air in them at all. I understand that they no longer run the cars through a wash or vacuum them, but they can't put a couple pounds of air in the tires they were already rotating?
