After several text messages and calls with different salespeople. Even now after purchasing a vehicle. The pre sale experience was terrible. The purchase of the vehicle was not handled properly. They were interested in selling extended warranty's and making thier profit. They team didn't care for the customer

It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get an oil change. They tried to sell me on other work and a set of new tires. Sure glad I did not agree to that. I would have been there for days.

This service was scheduled way to early when I bought the car and I failed to notice it was about 2 months early. In any event, I took over 2 hours for a simple tire rotation and fluid check and then the car was parked out in the rain and I was told to go find it. They are clearly over scheduling The waiting room was packed.
