This is my 3rd car with Toyota, the reason I love Grapevine of Toyota. They have a salesman Cliff McMillan which was very patient and friendly through the whole time I was there. Everything went through fast and smooth. The Financial Dept. was awesome too by explaining everything and answering all my questions.
Karina was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She communicated clearly and succinctly. She worked quickly to get my service completed in a timely manner. 5 stars for her.

David was awesome. I thought I was having a turn light replaced but it turned out to be rodents chewed through almost all of the wiring. I was notified within a couple of hours. Was able to notify my insurance the same day with approval to fix the critter damage. David was constantly updating me,, either through phone calls, text, or emails. Sometimes all three! I will always ask for David when I call.
