After servicing they must clean up ( car wash) the vehicle.

Toyota of Grapevine does excellent quality of service and maintains cars. However there are certain cost considerations as well. Slightly they are increased from previous years because of inflation. Service Advisors consider economic burden on customer and recommend what immediately need to be serviced and what can be deferred to next service visit.

Fast friendly service. Dealt with a new battery

This was an application of Zaktek on exterior and detailed cleaning. This took over 3 hours and there is no chance of getting a loaner to go anywhere. This dealer has no policy of taking care of single car owners. You either wait for their car drinking coffee for hours or you need to find a friend to drop you off. They should, at least, provide a shuttle to a mall or restaurant area.
