Alex Ramirez called me to come see a new Rav4 that just came in knowing I was looking for one. Previously weeks before a different salesman there had no new ones to show me and few used ones. Reuban was awesome in completing my purchase for a used Nissan Versa. He remained honest and communicated my needs throughout the process.
