David Bulkeley Was my service advisor and was the best communicator I have ever had when I needed repairs. He handled the disaster of a warranty claim. He called several times with updates. Even though the part took a couple extra days he called each day to let me know when it was expected and once the part was received he let me know. When I went to pickup the car after everything was finished the car was waiting for me so I wasn’t delayed any further. absolutely the best service I’ve ever had.
David Bulkeleys in Service was very professional and friendly and he took the time to explain to me the issues and what is need to be done.
