I dropped off my Highlander late afternoon the day before appt and expected to pick up late afternoon of appt. The tech was able to start work on day of drop off and work was completed by 10:45 am the day of my appt

Too long... over 4 and 1/2 hours waiting for oil change and alignment. Your office should compensate me (your very patient customer) something really valuable for this very long wait. In addition, there are NO car wash after your service. Thank you!
