My service tech provided good customer service.
Had an appointment booked for this service. Service writer, Sayed, met us and wrote up the service request. Service was prompt and professional. Car was serviced and ready in a timely manner. Sayed explained the service performed. Overall, had another great experience with Toyota of Grapevine.
Service Manager communicated well, added missed service
The salesman Nasser was top notch. The business office was a little snooty. I'm still waiting on all my signed documents to be emailed to me.
Because I said so! In and out! On time
Was good and staff was super attentive
service advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly
quoted me 2 hour wait but finished in 1. it was easy and quicker than expected.
Alex always takes care of me and my truck when we come in. Thank you!
