The appointment was at 9.15 AM and the van was returned to us at 3.30 PM. We requested complimentary car wash but it was not washed despite taking such a long time for oil change.

Car runs like a dream. Got new tires, few filters. Just wish they'd wash it for the amt of money spent. But happy. Took only a couple hours.
