The process was frustrating for the lack of communication and follow up to my questions to Dee Weber. I asked her the same questions to her without getting answers. Just run around to find out. I continued to receive erroneous information and when I asked her she said let ask someone which I didn't get an answer. It seems she didn't know where the process progress. My refinance journey was great, even during COVID. Everything was physically contactless but the team kept us in the loop via phone or email. Like a lot of people, refinancing/ financing a home is scary. Adrienne was helpful from the very first phone call. That gave me the confidence to move forward. My Wife and I refinance our home with them we dealt with John Murphy and his team and they were outstanding! Everything was done by attaching files via email which was much easier! They kept me updated weekly by either phone calls or emails and every time my loan proceeded to the next step in the process we were notified. Overall my experience was better than expected on every aspect of the process. Communication was Excellent. The service of my needs were taken care. All my questions were answered.
