Give me a different appraiser. Everything in my home is 5yrs. to 3 month old . New carpet, foundation work, new granite counter tops , new lights and door knobs, roof is only 3 yrs. old, new A.C. and heating, 4 yrs old, new cabinets in toilet area's, new lighting out front, new appliances, 3 months old. And the appraiser had the gall to put in his report that my home was in average condition! Never use him again!
Horrible. Stole my earnest money claiming it's a processing fee.

Communication, it was very hard to reach Sudan when I needed her on the phone. Paperwork process was easy no issues. Just had a snag due to my employment verification. Overall Susan, Diana and their VP were helpful to get our loan funded. No complaints at all I will recommend Texas Lending in future

Every thing was GOOD until it came to closing Only notary showed up, the place to do closing did not know about the closing , the person doing the closing has 45 minutes late which put US the customer who had to pay for ALL this LATE back to work it was a very BAD experience

This is the second time we used Texas Lending. Everything was fully explained and the numbers didn’t require an accounting degree to figure out. We closed on time with no issues.

The only issue I have is that so much power is given to one appraiser. His appraisal turned my HEL into a simple re-finance. His appraisal was below the amount for which I am getting taxed. And then having him be the one to rule on my rebuttal was a lost cause.
