Nothing really
Everything was going smooth with the loan process at first. Then we hit a snag when after hurricane Harvey our previous lender gave us a skip pay as a courtesy. The lender thst Texas alending used would not accept the skip pay and we were forced to make the payment in order to complete the loanj process. After that everything eas st a standstill for over 2 weeks and the loan officer could not get the loan to close. Finally we found out the wrong type of employment verification was ordered. Adrienne did her job great, closed on time, accommodated all my needs. However, the appraisal was horrible. Texas lending only uses one company, (appraisal nation). Based on that solely I won't do bussiness with Texas lending again.

Unfortunately, was excited to work with this group after all of the commercials, but seriously let down from the very beginning. It's started with me blocking out time in my office schedule (which is not easy) to discuss what we wanted I wanted from our refi. That phone call never came. When I called my contact at Texas Lending get voice mail was full so I couldn't even leave a message to let her know she forgot our scheduled phone call.
