Thai Square Islington - The food was really nice and tasty and the cocktails were great. Nice surroundings, however service could be improved (didn't appreciate staff asking if we would like to tip considering we waited about 20 mins for our orders to be taken). Overall, it is a nice restaurant and I would go back.
The food at Thai-Square Islington is really good and great value. Portion sizes are big so double up on rice!!
I have not always had good experiences in Thai Square restaurants, but I certainly enjoyed my dinner at Thai Square Islington. The decor is nice, with buddhas and Thai art. The food was very good and plentiful.Sure, we did not get service with a smile as we did when we went to Thailand, but it was nice enough and nothing to complain about. I will definitely go back.
the mixed starter was fantastic follwed by a lovely seafood curry. would highly recommend. Great Thai Food
Set menu was not very good value as each diner was allowed to choose one main course each, rather than getting a little taste of everything, which is what I normally expect from a set menu
Thai Square is always fairly reliable for some not too expensive Thai food. Wasn't as good as it has been before but it was very busy and I have never been on a saturday evening before. As the Thai option in the area; I would recomend unless you wish to spend a little more and move further up Upper St.
Thai Square Islington was fine for a quick meal. There is nothing wrong with it but nothing that great either. Service was good, food was good but nothing really shone out above average.
A very popular restaurant - really busy on Friday night, but we got straight to our table having made a reservation with toptable! Food was great and the service was pretty good, if a little hurried - not surprising when the place was so heaving. Would definitely go back for another quick dinner before going on somewhere else in Angel.
Pretty good value for money, good location on Upper Street.
