Food was excellent, best Pad Thai I’ve had in a while. However the service needs to be improved customer service is definitely slacking. I believe waitstaff needs to acknowledge their guest instead of walking off when someone is talking to someone. When I had asked for a recommendation on the wine I felt as if the waiter thought what I was asking was a stupid question. Like I said the food is GREAT ! However if the service was better it would have been 5stars.
Been here three times in the last few months - and quite often before - because it's usually good. The starers were good- the drinks were cold. But this time they could not get the main dishes to our table hot and found it impossible to reheat them thoroughly when asked, twice. Service not great and value for money is poor.
This was the worst experience ever. Order the two course special offer before 7pm. Portions were small. The main dish turned up cold. We returned the dish and waited for a while before they returned our mains. Arrived cold again. The third time we received the food it was pipping hot but we were waiting a long time in the restaurant. Apple, assistant manager, was rude. Terrible corn cakes... Refried. Portions were very small. We have been to the flagship Trafalgar Square branch and it is much better.
Do not go here if you are celebrating a special occasion.Their service is absolutely shocking. They are very money hungry and the level of service is terrible. Table booked for 8.30. All fifteen guests arrived by 8.30 yet we were made to wait by the bar until almost 9pm. The drunken noodles was good, but the jungle curry was not impressive at all. It was spicy but that's all there was to it. It barely had any other flavours and it wasn't well cooked. The dessert took so long to arrive although it did taste really nice. Overall it was an okay experience but it certainly wasn't worth all that money
The food didn't taste fresh. The quality of food is not high, it's like cheap take away.
