Was hoping for an authentic Thai meal and ended up leaving disappointed. For starters, we ordered prawn & chicken dumplings which sadly, weren't fresh and tasted as though as they were made from a ready pack, and corn cakes which were so sweet that they should been served as dessert! For our mains, we ordered a Lamb Mussaman curry - again, too sweet and the consistency was too runny (almost like soup), and fried flat noodles with spicy beef, which definitely fared better simply by virtue of not being sweet. First time visit. Main meal was a bit predictable. Interior a bit grim with the grey wobbly walls. But for a quick meal prior to an event / theater or movie - it was ok.

First impression was smelly toilet. Disappointed food. Not quite good value for money. Just OK food. But busaba does much better. Not very well organised staff... Never visit again.

Staff were not attentive. Food was pretty poor as well. I had the prawn pad thai and was given only two prawns in the dish with a massive heap of noodles. The waiter even had the audacity to come and sift through the dish to make sure I was hiding the prawns and then decided he would 'generously' add another two prawns to my meal. Seriously over priced and the quality of food was lacking. There are loads better Thai places to go to than here.

We ate at Thai Square in Islington on 18th June. As a lover of Thai food I was a little disappointed at the quaility of the food. The curries were a bit like soup and tasted very generic. My friends food was ambient at best and bordering on cold when it arrived. Service wasnt brilliant either, even if we would have wanted more drinks nobody came by until we had finished our meal and were waiting to pay! If you love Thai food this isnt really the place to go but for London prices it is good.

When we arrived the service was poor - we were ignored and another couple actually stormed out in disgust. Finally when we were seated....the food was good and we thought the service was improving as they were very accomodataing with personalising some of the dishes, however, when you ask for a glass of water three times and still dont get it - you get the strong feeling that the staff aren't all that interested in service. We will find another Thai eatery next time

Going to be honest, they had far too many customer to what they could actually deal with. I felt forgotten,ignored and we had to ask for a drinks meny after being there 20 minutes and for the menu after 45 minutes! Waiters running around being busy but never really attending our table to check on us. They also put on 2 extra items that we hadn't ordered on our bill, they luckily took this off. Its a shame as the food was good but I won't go back in a hurry as it wasn't a nice athmospher.
