Going to be honest, they had far too many customer to what they could actually deal with. I felt forgotten,ignored and we had to ask for a drinks meny after being there 20 minutes and for the menu after 45 minutes! Waiters running around being busy but never really attending our table to check on us. They also put on 2 extra items that we hadn't ordered on our bill, they luckily took this off. Its a shame as the food was good but I won't go back in a hurry as it wasn't a nice athmospher.
Thai Square Islington was busy even at 6.30pm. Service depended on the waiter/waitress - but kept coming to try to clear the unfinished dishes. Food was quite good but not exceptional. I would rather go to more relaxed venue than this one for the same standard food for sure.
Went to Thai Square in Islington on Saturday night and was very disappointed. The food was very average, the rice was terrible in particualar and the service was atrocious. We spent well over £150 and we rushed out of seats and were given the bill before we even asked for it. Distinctly average meal with below average service. Don't bother wasting your money & you will have to spend a lot of it if you want to dine here.

Service was very very poor. Food was cold. Would never go back
The service in That Square islington was awful. we got there quite early when there were only 2 other couples there, and we had to keep calling the waitresses over to order our food and drinks! The food came extremely quickly after ordering - literally 5 mins from ordering, which always makes me doubtful of the quality, and this was very much confirmed when it arrived on the table. This thai chain has definitely gone down hill and I will not be going there again.
