Around the corner from our hotel and close the the South Kensington tube stop. Food was really good and so was service. Busy place with a lot of dinners though maybe 10 or so tables - not that large...but very much in demand. Fun and local place.

Couldn't find my top table booking (and heard other conversations of other top table bookings not showing up on their system). Considering it's quite a small restaurant the staff appear constantly flustered and excessively busy but alos not overly polite. The value of the early bird menu, which they obviously don't give you, you have to ask for it, just about makes up for it all!
The initial greeting wasn’t sincere. We booked a table but there was confusion as the staff couldn’t see the booking. It was luck that there was a table available. I had an email confirmation confirming the booking. The dining area is small, but nice atmosphere. There was only one unisex toilet which was very dusty and needed a deep clean. The food was great, well presented and very tasty.
A lovely late lunch catch up meal with a friend, very conveniently placed after our visit to the. &A across the road. Good selection of dishes on the menu, including vegetarian, we went for the mixed starter platter (plenty for 2) and then a red and green chicken curry. All delicious. Friendly and efficient service, thank you.
