Can't believe it's taken this long to write this review! I've been here on many occasions. Always good food, and swift service. Good for meeting friends after work, or after a day visiting the museums.
My wife & I often use this restaurant before going to the the Royal Albert Hall. Virtually empty when we arrived at 5.30 but full (downstairs) when we left. Excellent beef and prawn dishes. Desserts were a little predicitable Asian restuatant type - but nice.
Smiling waitresses and totally fresh food and all very healthy. We mixed and shared and with a cold white white it was a lovely lunch with a madly busy world spinning around us out of the window. There are outside chairs but it was too windy. Very odd entrance indeed - thought it was the service entrance as it was so scruffy - not nice for people waiting. Very good food, decent price. But the place itself needs refurbishing, not a great atmosphere. Also, we were seating upstairs on a warm day and the windows did not open, neither there was an air-conditining.
Thai Square is a tiny restaurant on a corner near South Ken tube - staff were all very friendly and helpful and food was tasty. They did not rush as at all, so we sat and had more drinks after dinner which was great on a freezing cold night
Good spot for a pre theatre dinner. Staff are friendly, service is quick and food is delilcious
Had a nice meal at Thai Square. Shame about the sticky rice dessert which we had to send back
Had a lovely meal at Thai Square - the food was delicious, the service was excellent and we really liked the warm, cosy atmosphere in here. Will definitely be back!
Good pre-theatre for a meal as they only let you have the table for 1.5 hours. Food and service was good but the upstairs dining area was cold (we did go on one of the coldest days of the year). Good value, for waht it is, but not a rtestaurant where you can take your time.
