RecommendedGreat customer support rep by phone. I got a text after 1245 advising the ticket was sent to the tech and he was expected to be there between 5-10pm. One hour later he emailed with his photo and info so we knew who he was before he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the furnace working. For the several years this team has cared for our AC unit. Always email and phone when coming, even email and picture of the technician doing todays service. Very polite group, quick but thorough service. No complaints at all. Will see them in 6 months!
Always on time, always courteous. They took the time to find the root cause instead of trying to sell you on swapping out your current AC. In my case, they did a rewire for a few hundred vs $9000+ the “other guy” wanted to swap out our AC.

I feel like I can trust them. The last tech out was friendly and at least did something he checked the unit in the attic and cleaned out the drain pipe.
I have been using The A/C Guy more than 12 years. They have replaced complete units at my last 2 residences, came in and added additional air return lines and sealed attic vents and most recently installed a REME Halo whole house air purification system. The techs keep you in the loop on arrival times, you receive emails confirming appointments, I think a lot of other service companies could take some lessons from the A/C Guy!
