RecommendedI feel like I can trust them. The last tech out was friendly and at least did something he checked the unit in the attic and cleaned out the drain pipe.
I have been using The A/C Guy more than 12 years. They have replaced complete units at my last 2 residences, came in and added additional air return lines and sealed attic vents and most recently installed a REME Halo whole house air purification system. The techs keep you in the loop on arrival times, you receive emails confirming appointments, I think a lot of other service companies could take some lessons from the A/C Guy!

I had a wonderful experience with the A/C Guy of Tampa Bay. Mitchell was the Tech that came out. He was pleasant, on time and completely transparent. I needed a new unit. And although they are on the higher end (not the most expensive), you get what you pay for. I was provided portable A/C's for free. And within 2 days of my A/C Breakdown, my new A/C was installed.
