RecommendedI had a wonderful experience with the A/C Guy of Tampa Bay. Mitchell was the Tech that came out. He was pleasant, on time and completely transparent. I needed a new unit. And although they are on the higher end (not the most expensive), you get what you pay for. I was provided portable A/C's for free. And within 2 days of my A/C Breakdown, my new A/C was installed. These guys were awesome from the first call for service to our installation of the new unit. There were no surprises, everything was as they advised. The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay Inc. is the only company we will use. All the employees are professional and care about giving the best I’ve ever seen with an A/C company. Our A/C Guy named Ben c out to service our dear death unit. Rather then waste any money to repair it we had 4 options for a new unit. We trust them completely and would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent!! I called them yesterday morning about my air and they were at my house an hour later!!! It all got fixed in one day!! Everyone is very nice and professional and everything was explained to me. Highly recommend them!

This is a very responsive company. I was having issues with our AC not running, which of course happened over a weekend. They sent someone out early Saturday who was very professional and got it running again. We thought it was fixed, but it stopped running again that night (in fairness to the technician, he couldn’t have known it was going to stop running again after eight hours). They sent another tech out on Sunday who assessed the problem. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed until that Monday, but I appreciated them ... read more
