RecommendedThis is a very responsive company. I was having issues with our AC not running, which of course happened over a weekend. They sent someone out early Saturday who was very professional and got it running again. We thought it was fixed, but it stopped running again that night (in fairness to the technician, he couldn’t have known it was going to stop running again after eight hours). Were we happy that we needed a whole new unit just 25 days before our daughters big wedding?? No!!! We’re we happy that our old unit only lasted 8 years? No!! Steve broke the news gently - gave us options - and was very knowledgeable and professional. The 3 guys who arrived the next morning worked hard, worked well together and got us cool again. They showed up when expected and did the job in a professional manner. The technician gently informed me of my options, unfortunately none were cheap. I opted for a new system and trust they will take good care of me in the future.
