RecommendedThis is a very responsive company. I was having issues with our AC not running, which of course happened over a weekend. They sent someone out early Saturday who was very professional and got it running again. We thought it was fixed, but it stopped running again that night (in fairness to the technician, he couldn’t have known it was going to stop running again after eight hours). RecommendedWere we happy that we needed a whole new unit just 25 days before our daughters big wedding?? No!!! We’re we happy that our old unit only lasted 8 years? No!!
