I spent $15k for a completely new HVAC system & all new ductwork, because 2 of our bedrooms get hot during the day. I was assured this would fix it… nope… just as hot. I called them last week to see if they would check it and wanted $99!

At The AC Guy of Tampa Bay Inc., we offer 1 year labor/ parts warranty on our ductwork installations, and 1 year full coverage call back on units not working to par. That being said, after 1 year you are covered under the warranty you chose to purchase. In your case, you have a 10 year parts and labor warranty which will cover the unit itself. This company is not what they seem. We have asked them to stop withdrawing from our credit card the monthly fee to be part of their VIP membership, yet they continue to bill us. We're asking again in this written format to stop withdrawing the monthly fee as they have been previously told to. This is not the way any credible business should conduct themselves.

Very offended by this company. I have used them for years for homes I manage. I call today and they tell me I am on a do not service list. And they cannot tell me why. I personally think it’s a mistake because I’ve never had issues with this company before. But I’m very offended by it. I still used them even after I find out from an ex employee that the techs are told to up charge as much as possible and always push to sell new units.
