Roofing Job poorly done, three different contractors with three different results, 1st time the drip edge was bent and not properly installed, 2nd time resulted in the roof leaking, 3rd time still remains a mystery. Roof was done correctly the first time. Good looking handyman friend of the owner demanded it be changed to his specification. Once that was done we received and email stating the drip edge was acceptable and thanking for service. Unfortunately this so called correction caused a leak so we at our expense and without argument replaced it back to how it was originally. Filled out card for free estimate at Fair, Booked a time and date with Show Manager. Received a call from a sales rep wanting to set up date for estimate, explained to him that a time and date was inked at show , he said thanks and call ended. Then received another call from someone else from the company telling me that they show no booking for estimate and insisted that i give him the time and date, I explained I did not have my cell available at time. They try to do a good job of communicating appointments back to the scheduling office however apparently there was an issue with yours and the scheduling manager didn't have the date and time in the system.
