I emailed maintenance because it didnt seem like the heat was kicking on. The heat did come on shortly after I sent my email and I sent another email to cancel the service call. Maintenance did come out anyway to check the system and it was working good. The point is that maintenance has responded to this type of situation just to make sure everything was okay. I appreciate the response of maintenance over the years as well as the management team.

SCOTT IS GREAT & DOES THE JOB RIGHT/CORRECTLY; HE CAN FIX ANYTHING. HE FIXED ALL 4 JOB(S) TIMELY & CORRECTLY; EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER INSTALLING THE KITCHEN FAUCET AS IT WAS OVER 8YRS OLD & START LEAKING. SCOTT KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING & I ALWAYS REQUEST HIM; I TRUST HIM IN MY HOME WHEN I AM NOT HOME!

Jared from maintenance came over very quickly to bleed all radiators. Very quick and efficient whenever I need rads to be bled. Thank you to maintenance.

The Alden has very friendly and helpful management and office staff. In addition, the maintenance people are helpful and knowledgeable over the past 7 years that I've been here. Particularly, Carly, Kayla and Emily in the office and Roger in maintenance.
