Much appreciated During a crazy snow storm our building caught on fire. Immediately the property manager and team went to work on finding new units for the families in our building. They also assured that everyone had shelter during the grace period of them find new units. I am so greatly for their help
The Alden Hi, I have had a very good experience at the Alden over the past 8 years. The leasing staff is always very friendly and helpful. Also, the maintenance staff is very prompt and efficient with any apt issues over the years. Roger in maintenance should be recognized as being very helpful and friendly. Read This First! Before you read the reviews, I would definitely recommend going and physically touring this property. AION Management has been actively working to clean this place up and make it pleasant and worthwhile for everyone. I went into the application process completely blind, as I needed somewhere to stay after bouncing around in hotels and subleasing until I could get my own place. Living here for going on four years This property has changed hands twice since I’ve moved in. But the management and maintenance that we have now at the Alden are so much better than previous owners. They listen and empathize with any issues that come up. They do everything they can to rectify the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend. Kind staff. Prompt maintenance. I am very happy to live here.

There are problems... (Verified Renter) There are problems here that are not being addressed. I am somewhat embarrassed to have family and friends visit because of it. The pillars are a disgrace. The yard looks like a garage can from the kids. My garage door needs painted and I have asked for three years. And other things. But, I really like my apartment. I close my door and try not to look outside.
I get tired... (Verified Renter) I get tired of the office staff's attitude all the time. We go to great lengths to be open and communicative and it always seems to be met with resentment. This place was nicer when we first moved here, and I am hoping that the buyout (or whatever) brings some positive change.
I would because... (Verified Renter) I would because I truly love my apartment. As long as I don't have to deal with the staff in anyway I am happy here. The staff has rubbed me so wrong that I'm looking at leaving to another complex if it is possible.
